ABSTRACT This article provides guidance and web-based resources regarding two frequent practice issues associated with medications in the workplace: dispensing of over-the-counter (OTC) medications in the occupational health setting, and the proper disposal of expired or otherwise unwanted prescription and nonprescription medications.
